Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders placed after [5:00 PM EST] on weekdays or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[WashKix] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
[WashKix] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will help resolve the issue.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us immediately at [pengsiec@163.com] if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Return Shipping Cost

Defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost. Contact us and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
